M2 Reeves is a very professional and courteous Transport Broker. I worked with Katie W and she was great. M2 Reeves staff is very helpful, efficient, and responsive. They go way above otherTransport Brokers to make sure their clients are informed of all their options and put at ease with the transport process. The price they offered was very competitive. (Important to note that there are a bunch of shady auto transport companies out there, don't get sucked in by the lowest quote- I found the lowest quotes to come from companies that were not reputable).
Regarding the actual transport- My car was picked up and delivered by Coastal Auto Transport on the dates specified. However, it arrived earlier in the day than arranged. So I had to arrange for a friend to pick up. I rcvd my car with a scratched front left qtr panel and scratched right rear qtr panel. This was an open carrier transport and so the car was very dirty on delivery and my friend did not notice the scratches through the dirt. In the future I will plan to go with a covered transport and make driver wait so I can receive vehicle myself.
Despite the circumstances with the actual transporter, M2 Reeves has excellent customer service. I plan to use them for all future auto transport needs.
