This customer is obviously lying the first sentence says the" truck arrived a day early" The 4th sentence says "the car arrived 1 day late with damage" BOTH cannot be true!!!
When he says" M2reeves is just a broker and said they could not do anything about it" He know that is untrue. Our terms and the industy standard are the same. We make sure that our carriers have insurance and all damage claims must documented on the delivery bill of lading and must be accompanied by two written estimates and photgraphs's of the damage and submited to the insurance company and the carrier. This customer wants to make his own rules and could be involved in an "insurance scam". We are going to let the insurance company investigate. In any case all customers should be know all valid damage claims are paid by the insurance companies.
