Had a good experience with M2 Reeves. They were the low cost offer and they had good ratings so I gave them a chance and they delivered. They did make a minor error on some of the documentation they sent over confirming the order. Specifically, the deposit wasn't listed correctly. And this caused some confusion when I spoke with the driver, but we got everything cleared up. Also, I had to call M2 Reeves to get the driver's name and contact info, they did not volunteer it to me. Oddly enough, it seems as though their customer service emails are sent from the email address of the company owner. I'm sure this is done to make him appear personal and connected to the customer, but it's not so effective when you reply to the email and he doesn't know a thing about your order. Other than that, things went pretty smooth and easy. I'd use M2 Reeves again with confidence.
