Courteous at M2 - a little bit of a disconnect between M2 and the actual driver: the car arrived at the desitnation almost a week early - this complicated getting the payment to the driver on time. I would prefer a realistic prediction of delivery date rather than a "worse case" and only twenty four hours notice that it is very early and due in.
