All is true except we of course were in touch with the customer at all times who had chosen a 48 hour guaranteed pickup.
Unfortunately we could not schedule a carrier to go to big Fork Montana over the July 4th weekend holiday.
The good news is that the customer was not charged a single penny and no customer ever is charged until your car is LOADED on the carrier.
And.....
Our guarantee is if we miss a 48 hour guaranteed pickup for ANY reason,, not only are you never charged for the 48 hour guaranteed pickup, you also have the option to have your vehicle shipped at the regular time with a $25 discount!
Or you can cancel with no fee, or penalty and of course at no time were you out any money.
When I called this customer to explain his options he was rude and cussed at me.
I wish Brian all the best in his future business dealings.
