Great customer service, Amber did a great job and when you call you get a human not a recording or a 100 prompt automated voice mail system. When I called I needed pick up on the same day and she made it happen!
Follow up was good as far as when vehicle was picked up and driver ETA was within a few hours of the promise time, and they followed up to make sure everything was ok after delivery.
Vehicle was on an open carrier, well secured and no damges...it was a soft top Jeep and had no issues with anything.
