I am pretty satisfied with the service provided by the company and specially with the customer service representative Amber, although my vehicle was picked up a bit late but she told me in advance that it could take from 1 to 5 business days for us to pick the vehicle. Most important thing is all my items in the car were safe, even the quarters . The vehicle was a bit dirty when it arrived but thats obvious since it came in an open truck. Thanks M2reeves and thanks again Amber.
