I was planning a move from seattle, WA to cape cod,MA. I was flying to the cape on june 18th so SARAH told me to have my car picked up by june 4th so that it could be delivered the 18th.

I used the tracking delivery system they offer on the website but all i got was an anticipated date of delivery of june 14th. No one ever called me or emailed me about where the car was during its delivery. Then one afternoon i get a call saying the car is ready to be delivered and it was june 12th! 6 days early and of course since i was not flying to cape cod till the 18th, there was no one to pick up the car. I called sarah to ask what was going on and asking her how i can get my car and what they were going to do with it. All she did was tell me its my fault that i am not there to recieve my car and that they DONT GUARANTEE anything, and that i have to deal with the truck driver company and its not her problem anymore. After talking to her patiently for a fewmore minutes to see what i could do, she just hung up on me. i call her back and she hangs up on me again.

So I had send a check to the truck driver company and once they receive it they will tell me where i can pick up my car from storage. After the company got the check i find out that my car is being stored 1.5 hrs away in Tautem, MA. THAT IS REALLY NOT DOOR TO DOOR DELIVERY IS IT! I had to take a bus and then a taxi and then i had to pay storage of $200 for 6 days.

I then called back to talk to file a complaint against sarah and so i talk to her BOSS, he patiently listened to my story and told me he would get back to me. After waiting a couple hours i got no phone call back, in fact i still to this day have not received any call about it.

It has been about 20 days and heard nothing.

Sarah obviously doesnt enjoy customer service and is probably rude and angry because she cant find something else to do, i feel bad for her.
