My vehicle was picked up on-time and delivered in a timely fashion with no damage.

The phone hotline is answered every time, and most of the time, there is someone there that can answer your question or tend to your issue immediately.

Their website quote system is good because it gives an instant response, but in my case, it gave me a price that was less than I was actually charged. I was given an online quote for $959, but on calling them to confirm the purchase, the price was increased to $1009. Hopefully, this won't happen next time.

The person working on my order was Katie and she was helpful. There was some difficulty in emailing the insurance forms, but she figured out how to get them to me in the end.

I was assigned a carrier company called ARK Transport. They provided timely, door to door service. However, their communication is not the greatest, as I had some difficulty getting notified of pick-up and delivery times.

Overall, my experience with M2Reeves was good.
