I dealt with Katie on the subject order, which was the result of quote number 795437 which was originally received from Sarah Andrews. Katie took over in Sarah's absence, and we've gone from quote to order without a problem, despite changes to the final quantity of vehicles. Katie has also been very helpful and timely in quoting additional transports in support of our company's proposals which are presented to the Federal government. She is extremely pleasant on the phone, and projects an attitude that she truly wants to help both the existing customer and also the potential customer.
