Katie was absolutely wonderful!! This was a very stressful situation for me and Katie assured me that shipping my car back to Alaska would be the easiest part of my move - she was right!! She kept in touch with me every step of the way and answered every single one of my questions. We had some initial trouble getting a permission letter from the lien holder, and Katie went above and beyond to help me and settle my nerves! She is definitely an asset to M2Reeves!
