This was a new experience for me and M2Reeves LLC was exceptional. They have a team of professionals that work with you from end to end. From the first call to the last, I was provided with everything needed to proceed. The driver and I met at an agreed upon location, he gave me specific details so he could be easily identified during our first meeting. He performed the inspection and ensured he had the details regarding delivery. I left with no worries! M2Reeves was in contact at all times advising on the status of delivery. I was very surprised and pleased that the car arrived much earlier than what we initially discussed (I was not displeased with the original delivery date).

The driver was so nice to make arrangements with my daughter for delivery. He was familiar with the delivery area and was able to park a block away - she almost skipped there. He was also kind enough to take a picture of her in front of her car so she could send it to me right away - this is great customer service.

I am very pleased, but not as much as my daughter!! She now has her 25th birthday present.

Thank you so much!! If I ever need services in the future, I am calling M2Reeves - I will also refer my family and friends. The pricing is excellent too.
