I contacted m2reeves about shipping a car. I tried submitting an order online but it didn't go through that weekend. I called on Monday however, and without any problems finished it up and finalized it. The expected pickup was 1-10 days, however, that afternoon I had an email about a pickup the next day. Even though the first carrier fell through, the customer service representatives were extremely helpful and informative. Despite car problems just prior to shipping, they were able to help me work around it and the car arrived promptly. My only problem was with the driver from AAAC who was not as honest as I would liked. However, from the job of the broker, they did an amazing job. Keeping in touch with me throughout the way, making sure the car got picked up. The arrangement for pickup and shipping could not have been more smooth. HIGHLY recommended!
(While they do offer a rebate for my efforts in filling this out, I would have filled one out anyways. Searching for a shipping company has enough worries, go read reviews of all other companies if you're not sure. I truly was impressed by their customer service and will definitely use them again!)
