From the initial contact with the agents at M2 Reeves to the final delivery of my vehicle I had a positive experience with the company. The price I was quoted was fair and comparable with other quotes I received. I dealt with Amber primarily and she was friendly, helpful, honest, and supportive. I got prompt responses to my inquiries or issues and always great customer service. I also communicated with Katie a few times and again received great service. It was very easy to contact them or anyone else in the company if I had questions or could not get information from the carrier. Once the carrier was identified I was notified by M2 Reeves and they assured me they would remain in close contact with me throughout the process of shipping my vehicle across the country. There were major issues with the car carrier once my vehicle reached its destination and I called M2 Reeves to act as a mediator on my behalf with the car carrier company. Katie responded immediately and worked very hard under very stressful conditions to uphold M2 Reeves' claim to five star customer service and get my vehicle to me safely. Although I worked with Katie to rectify the issues on the delivery end, she assured me that Amber was also standing by ready to help and that the company as a whole was aware of the situation. It all worked out in the end and I have Katie and others at M2 Reeves who worked on my case that day to thank. I would use M2 Reeves again and I would recommend the company, but I would not recommend using the same car carrier as in this case.
