I called up and initially spoke to a receptionist, then I choose to wait on hold for the chance to talk to an actual representative. This wait took a few minutes. The woman I spoke to was able to answer my questions and was very helpful as far as I was able to tell. I look forward to having my car delivered in the very near future.
