I had no issues with CS except to get a time for pickup.
I was told Tuesday but the driver said Wednesday by 6pm. The driver showed up at midnight, so he was about 2 days late. I had to meet him in KY that's why I needed to know his pickup and delivery schedule.
Then he said he would be in KY about noon but showed up at 2pm.
