The price offered by M2Reeves was the lowest we could find. The customer service representatives were always picking up the phone. They were always knowledgeable: asking us about the vehicle to be transported in great detail. They were very nice and almost never had us on hold. The representative walked us through the application for the rebate form making it very simple for us to register for it. The emails we received were sent to us promptly. Our only complaints/suggestions are that there have been a couple of times when the representative said they would contact us and didn't. We also didn't receive any information on the drop-off time of the vehicle; the driver just called us when he was about an hour away from the drop-off location. These issues are not major though, and overall we are very satisfied with the service.
