This was my first time transporting a car and I must say that I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the coordiantion that went into the transporting of my car from Michigan to Texas. Mitch had things arranged for me within an hour of my initial phone call to him, and the pickup was in an extemely timely fashion. The driver of the Transport Truck called me to inform me of his estimated time of delivery and he was very timely. I could not have asked for a better experience.
