From start to finish Katie was a pro, we had some problems in the beginning of the trip but it was more down to the communication from the carrier and myself and this was quickly resolved the only small problem that I would like to point out was that if you are sending a car with a carrier I would advise you not to place anything inside the car as there can sometimes be problems with them charging you extra money for this but when the driver explained to me that it may be another few days before the car was picked up then I thought to myself, I had better get the car on the transport and pay him the extra $100 or when I get to CA I may not have a car for a few days and I could end up spending that money on a rental car which in the long run could end up costing me more money which would not be too smart, anyway over all the price was fair and the car arrived on time and was in good shape, the cost over all was $850 and Katie also agreed to split the cost of the extra cost of having my things in the car which again I thought was cool of her, the driver was a nice guy and we had a nice chat, he was really good about taking a good look around the car before loading the vichele onto the transport and also when he dropped it off, what more can I say, mty wife is moving her car in a few weeks and I think I will be using the same company again........!
