Katie was very helpful in making sure that my car was shipped from San Francisco, CA to Scottsdale, AZ efficiently and on time. When the car was delivered there was a pin in the tire which went flat about an hour later. However, this was the driver's fault, which he took full responsiblility for, and Katie made sure that my commplaint was filed and that I was fully compensated for the flat tire. Katie provided excellent customer service and I would recommend her to anyone.
