Customer service provided can only be summarized as "second to none". Friendly helpful and concerned describe the people to whom which I had dealings with. The car was picked up and delivered as promised, in fact it was delivered a lot quicker than the original estimated time of arrival. I have heard of horror stories of people using transport companies and having nothing but headaches. You can be assured of none of this with this company. My overall experience was A+ and I highly recommend them. Thanks again to Katie and Emily!
