We ran into a few problems, but the staff was prompt at making sure everything got worked out ok. Next time I will be sure to keep in touch with the same person at every call, and check in with them more often to make sure that they are not going off the wrong information. Through it all, they got all of the info fixed and were able to find me a shipper in the time needed.
