Communication was bad from the start. I spoke with a rep who gave me an approxiamte cost and estimated time for pick-up and delivery. I was told that he would call me back in just a few minutes, but I never heard from him again. Instead, the party that was selling the vehicle and preparing it for shipment called and told me that they had been contacted and the pick-up scheduled. I was a little surprised and after calling the company back, I was able to receive the same information and the actual cost. On the day of the scheduled pick-up, the driver was involved in an accident (not his fault and not with the vehicle loaded) and was unable to pick-up my vehicle as schedule. It took me several hours and several calls later to learn any of this. In the end, the vehicle was schedule to be picked-up 24 hours later and delivered the same day, which it was with no further issues. The cost, turn-a-round time, and delivery met my expectations. Other companies could not match it.
