Placing the order was quick and without problems. I received a confirmation including pickup time and drivers information within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the driver never showed at the agreed upon time. We called M2Reeves several times between the hours of 9 and 11:30 am and was not able to get anyone to answer the phone or able to place a message with an answering machine. Never having dealt with this company, we were not sure if they were legit. or another internet scam. Not being able to contact them did not help alleviate this impression. We then called the shipper and was told that the order had been canceled by the shipper because M2Reeves had not confirmed with them. After several more phone calls the order was reinstated and a new pickup time set. That time passed without any driver showing up. A call to the driver was forwarded to the shipper who apparently was closed. Approximately 4 hours after the scheduled pickup the driver called and the car was finally picked up.

The good side of the transaction was that the driver appeared at the delivery site about 24 hours later with the car. In his favor, he called several times during the day to let us know about when he would be arriving.

I still have no idea who was at fault with this transaction, however, looking at it as a customer, it was poorly executed.
