All good and dandy when I made the call, I paid even for the priortiy 48hrs guarantee, well no one phoned me after the 48, I had to phone. Second they said they would increase the bid to entice a carrier to pick it up, well I found out from another broker that they never actually did increase the bid price so FLAT OUT lie, I emailed them 2 times to find out my status, no response. The people there are just order takers and have no other knowledge, just empty promises, but read the fine print...they all say..on average we expect 95% of the time withing 48 hours, well I waited 21 days and NOT 1 PHONE CALL.. I just got a phone call today and she asked if the car was ready...and I was like lady I emailed you twice, right thru u;re website to Cancel this deal over 10 days ago and again to confirm that you have received my cancellation notice...and she was like..oh we go nothin...well I got the emails to prove...So thats a total of 4 emails and not 1 response..
So unless ure car is in a huge major city and going to another major city within 1000 miles then they might work but anything else forget it. My car was 45 min from Richmond Virginia going to Minneapolis...so its not like it was in the middle of a forest?? Really...just straight up frustrating...eventually found a guy on USHIP.COM...called Fishers Transport, little small indepenent company, but has a nice 2 car trailer, and a big truck to pull also certified and insured. Great price, very flexible and always in touch. I called him all the time and responded in a couple hours if he did not answer right away. He's based in Minnesota, contact me if you would like his info, tell him Elves referred u. When he says the car will be picked up and deliverred it always is...just straight honest and easy to deal with...Again I mean Fishers Transport...NOT M2REEVES...stay away...thanks and have a great day...again my 2 cents! :D

This customer is out right LYING. He never paid for 48 hour guaranteed service. He is only trying to get it for free and he almost did! Good job Alicia in dispatch and Amber catching this shyster
