amy was very knowledgeable. getting the rebate has been the hardest part of this whole process. i would probably go with a different company that does not offer a rebate, just a lower price to begin with. I had been extremely happy with this company until it came time to do the rebate. this is my 3rd attempt at getting my rebate.
