I booked with M2Reeves on a Monday, dealing with Katie, who was very helpful. She told me that the car could be picked up on Wed, but then called back later that day to let me know it couldn't be picked up till Saturday. That was fine with us becuase we made travel plans. Then, on Wed morning I get a call that it will be picked up Thursday in the afternoon. Ok, so we re-arrange our plans to be around for Thursday afternoon. So, we wait, and wait all Thursday afternoon. Then at 4pm we then get a call from the driver that it will be picked up at 11pm that night. Well, the driver didn't arrive until 2:30 am on Friday morning! But, the driver Nick was very nice and apolegetic, although he was from the Ukrane and we had a very difficult time communicating with him due to his limited English language skills. I was told by Katie we'd be called along the way, but no one called. Finally, on the following delivery day of Friday, we had to call M2Reeves several times to try to find out where the driver was. They said they left messages for the dispatcher and driver but we didn't get a call back from either of them so we asked for the driver's (Nick) number. We spoke directly with Nick, and although he said he might be there on Friday night, he called back to say he couldn't deliver till Saturday afternoon between 12-2. Well, in the end he didn't deliver till Saturday evening, which was fine. It's just that we spent all Saturday afternoon trying to communicate with him to figure out where he was. His English was so limited it was very difficult to communicate basic things like what address he was at and when he'd be over etc. But he was very nice and we certainly felt he was trying very hard to communicate with us. Our vehicle was not damaged at all and nothing was stolen from the interior. Although it arrived dirty, we didn't care about that. In the end, we would transport it again with M2Reeves and Nick the driver, but the communication from M2Reeves wasn't as consistent as we would've liked or were told it would be, and the communication from the driver was difficult only because his English language skills were so limited. But we also felt he was a very honest man who took his job seriously. My advice to you: Go ahead and ship your car with M2Reeves and Nick the driver, BUT expect the pick up date and delivery date to be really flexible- even when they quote and exact date and time- don't bank on that and don't make plans to be gone! And, don't expect constant communication either. Just be patient and flexible and thank God you don't have to be the one driving it cross country!
