The company reps were efficient and timely. Everything was done as promised and I was kept advised each step of the way.
I t is important to have such a service since this kind of thing is only done occassionaly by people and it is a new task for most. Where to begin is the first question and the web info is invalueable. Then to have real people answert the phone after that is absolutely critical and to have all of the info provided as need. This service is critical in these times with people moving all the time and buying things and cars by email from all over the US.
