We made an honest mistake in quoting the customer's transport to Anchorage only. However, it was expressed verbally that the quote was for Anchorage in which the customer acknowledged. We do apologize for the mishap, and as much as we strive for excellence, we too make honest mistakes.
I feel the customer did have ample time to postpone or cancel, knowing that we discussed a quote that was deemed for Anchorage. However she did not resurface conversation regarding Fairbanks until the vehicle was picked up. I apologize for the mishap on this transport.
