The company reps I spoke with were very pleasant, courteous, and extremely helpful. After a mechanical problem with the car at the initial pickup which required repair at a BMW dealership, M2Reeves was most accommodating in arranging for a second pickup in a very short space of time and at the original quoted price. I was very pleased with M2Reeves and the driver who delivered the car as it arrived in good shape and a day earlier than promised. Overall, M2Reeves was an excellent company to deal with.
