Although I haven't received the car yet, I felt dealing with their representatives on the phone made it easy. I was pleasantly surprised when the day after placing the order for the shipment, did I receive word that the pickup would be in 2 days, then I would see it 2-3 days later. If all goes as planned, I'm very pleased. Will forward another review after the car is received.
