Stacy was fine. She knew the company's policies/procedures and was able to articulate them clearly to me. My car was actually picked up early and arrived early. The car was in good running condition, although it was dirty, which is to be expected from cross country travel on an open truck. My only main gripe is that she was not always available on the phone and was sometimes slow to return messages.
