5/26 paid the full amount of $2400 through Paypal. 5/28 car was ready for pick up and I paid the xtra $250, for pick-up within 48hrs. No one picks my car up till 6/6...where's my $250 refund??? M2 Reeves calls to give me the driver's name and number.

Kelly's Transport picks the vehicle up....then no follow up and no tracking info. M2Reeves and Kelly's have no online up to date info. No one calls or updates....where's the vehicle??? So I email M2Reeves several times with no answer. So I call the transport driver and he says the vehicle arrived at the CA port last week and is already on the ship. What ship??? What booking number? Name of Ship??? No one informs me again!

I email Kelly's transport on the car's whereabouts. 6/22 Kelly's transport says it's on a Matson ship!!! So I call Matson but, M2Reeves never gave me a booking #. So i email M2Reeves again! 6/23, M2Reeves emails me that the car has been delivered. Delivered where? What time? What date? What booking #? What dock? What island?? What ship? So I email M2Reeves with these questions. Someone calls me back with a booking# and an appox date of pick up. Screw that, I call Matson for Real TIme.

6/29, I'm at Matson driving my car home. Front bumper has a smash and is ripped, but I don't care I just want my car!!

What a fiasco!!! No refund!! No tracking!! No updates!! At least the car made the journey.....now if I had a rebate or a $250 refund I could pay $500 for the front bumper to be fixed.
