My original call was from a number from the internet. The contact was A1-Auto Transport. I was then sent to M2Reeves and then my check was payable to Reliable Auto Transport. My concern was who was I really dealling with. This added apprehension. When the car was picked up there was nothing left as far as documentation as to who took the car. That added to the apprehension of is it being stolen or what. Your agents need to explain the process and proper documentation delivered.
