Since my car was transported from Hawaii, there was no pick up arranged. I simply dropped it off as planned. That went smoothly except for a number that was not pre-arranged. When I called M2Reeves Car Shipping.com they promptly arranged for that and called me back with the number and then everything was a go. The only problems I had were with the secondary carrier who took my car from California to my home in Colorado.
