1. Left a 12-day window to pick up car but was 3 days late picking up. No representative called to inform us of lateness.
2. Attempted to call representative 3 times to arrange for late pick-up, but representative never returned my calls.
3. Paid in full prior to pick-up, but the company mistakenly changed the order to pay on delivery. Asked us to solve the problem and only took responsibility and remediated the situation after numerous calls from us.
4. Went with M2Reeves because it's a local company near our new home but would never use them again and will discourage others from using them.
