We would hope that our circumstance was unique because we went through a lot of hassle at the beginning. The car shipping company we originally intended to use went out of business and M2 Reeves took over their orders. I initially contacted M2 Reeves which I thought was the other car shipper to follow up with why my vehicle wasnt picked up as scheduled. I was never told until after the 3rd phone call of what happened and what was going on. I was basically informed by some rude worker that answered the phone that they were in the process of finding a carrier. It wasnt until I spoke to Amanda, a week after my vehicle was supposed to be picked up, when she tried to help me resolve the issue and actually offer a solution. She recommended that I cancel with the other shipper and start a new order with them. She offered a comparable quote and told me no monies would be required until a carrier was secured. Unfortunately, I am now in the process of dealing with my credit card company to get the other funds back from the carrier that went out of business. My vehicle was picked up within a few days and headed to our destination. Amanda was great with following up, answering our questions, helping us through the hassle and contacting the carrier when our vehicle was delayed a few days. We would use again despite the rude service at first.
