Price was very competitive.
Needed more lead time for first opportunity for car pick-up, call came in the morning for an afternoon pick-up.
I think drivers need to be better prepared or give better pick-up information. Our driver wanted the car delivered to a surface parking lot for ease of loading. They MUST know that most cars are in residential areas with limited street access.
Delivery was prompt to correct location.
