this company is the worst i have ever dealt with i was quoted a price over the phone (never got a price from anyone else) i wrote the check out and mailed it that night at Maria's insistance for the full amount. after meny phone calls requesting to speak with a supervisor every time and being told they were on the other line and never getting a phone call back on the eleventh day while on the phone arguing with them they sent me the only email that i ever got from them showing that i did pay them. it took another day and three more calls for them to tell me it was going to be another 200.00 before they would send a truck to pick it up , i told them again let me speak to a supervisor and agin i was told they are on the other line i then ask just send me a refund i was done dealing with idiots and i was HUNG UP ON. i have no idea if i will ever see any of the 823.00 that i paid theses people but please do not make the same misstake i made do not hire this company they are A RIP OFF!!!!!!!

This customer is LYING. He never spoke to Maria. Here is a copy of Maria's response: Good morning Chris, I am emailing regarding the review you gave me, it was very upsetting to read the things you said about me, I did not even speak to you regarding the quote nor did I place the order with you or insist on payment , my customer was Bob and I gave him a quote with option of discount with prepay, all emails went to bob also. I would appreciate it if you would make the corrections on your review regarding the contact that you have actually had with me.. Thank you, Maria The customer even responded.
