Don't Prepay

Never use M2 Reeves and Never Prepay. I prepaid for simple interstate transportation of a running truck. I had to use an echeck to get the best price and they had my money in hand within hours. They also offered a rebate in exchange for submitting a review for their company. I agreed to a 7 day window for pickup but they said 90% of their shipments are picked up within 3 days. 6 days passed and I had not heard from them. I spent the next two days calling twice a day only to talk to someone different each time I called who said that another person would call me back. No one ever returned my calls. Finally I got someone who answered the phone to talk to me about what was going on. I was then informed that the shipment had not been placed with a carrier and then had the nerve to try and upsell me on paying more to ensure pickup within 48 hours. I said forget it !! I want my money back. I was then informed that it could take up to 30 days for my money to be returned to me per their policy guidelines. I waited 30 days and never got my money back. I called and was told that they would check on it and call me back. Two days later I called again as I had not heard anything from them. They then sent me an email and told me that the check had been mailed 3 weeks earlier. I contacted them by phone again and asked them for a tracking number. They didn't have one. They said they would have to look into it. I finally got my check 41 days after I cancelled the order. The worst part about it, the check was printed 28 days prior to me receiving it. This would have been 2 days after I cancelled the order. They just held onto the check. It appears that they are cash flowing their business with these pre-pays that they never intend to fill and then keep your money for 30+ days. The Better Business Bureau is well aware of their practices and is investigating.

Matt is not being truthfiul. Matt picked our rockbottom rate to move his car wheras over 90 percent of our cars are picked up within 7 days. On day 6 Matt starting calling and SCREAMING at Maria in our office. She offered him a 100% refund and to cancel his shipment. Our terms and conditons state that we have NO cancellation fee and that all refunds are mailed within 30 days. Matt cancelled on the 20th of July and his 100% refund check was mailed on the 13th of August. Our bank says a customer check can be returned up to 3 weeks after we deposit it. Matt has lied and slandered us on a public website so we have contacted our attorney to protect our rights. We wish Matt the best, but advise him NOT to slander our company or we will hold him accountable.
