M2Reeves has been the car shipping company for my entire family. 3 of my other family members have used M2Reeves and they all have had excellent results. My experience with M2reeves although not as exemplary as theirs, was satisfactory. The problem in my case is that they couldn’t find a driver to pick up my car from Las Vegas (took a total of 16 days to pick up my car.) Unfortunately, that was a major problem for me as my car was supposed to arrive at my destination before I did and in fact my car didn’t arrive until 9 days after me. As I’m sure one can image, it was extremely difficult to commute without a method of transportation. However there was one employee (her name is Samantha) who went above and beyond her duties to keep my informed and help me out. Samantha was beyond amazing and simply a wonderful person to talk to. If it wasn’t for her, I would not be recommending M2Reeves. Once I did receive me car, it arrived 1 day earlier than expected so I was very happy about that. As I stated before, my other family members were extremely satisfied with their shipping (one of their cars arrived a day early as well) however I just didn’t get the same luck as them. With that said, I still got my car a day earlier than scheduled and it came in perfect condition. Plus, M2Reeve’s customer service is EXCELLENT. Samantha went above and beyond and really kept me informed when they were having trouble locating a truck driver for my car. I am extremely grateful to her. Based upon the experience of my family and myself, plus the great price of M2Reeves, I recommend them.
