Laurri provided excellent customer service throughout the whole session of my experience with them. Even though this is my first experience to have a vehicle transported, it has been a positive one. The reason I chose M 2 Reeves is because of the person to person skills they offered; besides they dedicated a single person to your case. The car transporter arrived early to pick up my vehicle and arrived early to my destination. The drive maintained contact with me at all times to provide any input that may be needed to complete the transaction. The only down fall to the whole process is that my car was attacked by the summer time bug. So needless to say the first thing I did was bring it to the car wash. I did expect the fact that bugs all over the car was going to happen no matter what. The price was reasonable if not better than the other quotes that I have received from the other vendors. Another reason I picked this vendor is because they were pleasant on the phone and they spoke English! I know crazy as it sounds I do appreciate the fact that I can understand the person on the other line that is giving me the proper respect of speaking English in America. Once again Laurri, great customer service.
