The company has a good system in terms of corresponding with their customers via emails, etc. They worked hard to get my car picked up quickly but there was a disconnect when a driver called saying he was 10 minutes away and I was out of state - so I believe the commnication could have been better. The office staff was pleasant and they were willing to answer my questions. I think it is important if your contact is on the phone that someone else offers to help instead of having to call back or wait for a return call.
