There is a very long story that goes behind all of this that this site will not allow you to see and I will not bore you with , I will try to give you just the facts from my perspective. There was a order placed with Maria inwhich I thought was not given the proper attention from this company and/or Maria once I got the attention they wanted to charge me an additional sum totalling 1000.00 ( i fogot to mention i paid $ 823.00 up front). I thought this was a rip off and in retalliation of my complaining. I cancelled the order pissed off and not knowing if I would ever see my 823.00 from this point on everything changed Maria called me almost weekly not only to reasurre me that I would get my money but also offer me 150.00 additional ( call it what you will pay off , advertising cost, ect....) the offer was made they did not have to do this, this is simply there policy for the good customers and the not so good customers. I did recieve my check in full approxamatly 30 days later just as there policy states and I requested they keep there 150.00 and just send my money so I was not paid for this! so let me simply state I ended up paying more then what M2Reeves was asking me to pay and it took an additional 30 days for me to get the vehical at no fault of there's just mine being a niave stubborn ass MARIA I FORMALLY APOLOGIZE and i hope you still have your job you bent over backward for me when it counted and you really did not have to. I wish you all at M2Reeves the best, future success and no dumb a#% customers .
