Communication started off great. I had to stop the original pick-up do to a delay on my end.

Weeks later I started the process back up and a date for pick up was established. The actual transporter who was assigned to pick up never called, never picked up on the day scheduled by M2Reeves. I was in touch with M2Reeves throughout the day and evening and they asked ME to call into the transporter company to see if I could expedite a call back. By that time the transporter company was closed for the day. M2Reeves called late that evening to see if I received a call back or if they'd picked up. There was no success on my end or theirs.

The next day I had to call M2Reeves to follow up and waited three hours with no return call back. I called back and got an appology from Melody stating she never got my message and was going to try to reach the same company again. I refused to work with that transporter again and asked for a different company and a pick up the same day or I was going some where else.

I received a call back shortly after with a new transporter Running Hard. They called immediately and I had good communication throughout the day with them, even though their time line kept changing, they picked up the car the same day.

One word of warning, if you live in a suburban setting these big transporters cannot get into neighborhoods. I had to drive the car to a shopping center where he could get the rig in and out to load the car. I had a scheduled procedure that morning and was unable to drive. I had to have two neighbors with me to accomplish getting the car to the transporter. I had to sign for the car.

I was disappointed in M2Reeves for not following up first thing the next day, not suggesting a new transporter after the day of no communication with them, and for not preparing me for having to set up for driving the car to a shopping center. It was a lot of money to not have door to door service or there should be some compensation for the hassel!
