Lorri was my first contact with your company. There were some bad reviews on a website from some dissatisfied customers who said that there were hidden charges not explained when they booked with your company. One was that the transporter broke down or got stuck and the customer was being charged for extended time. When I questioned Lorri about this several times she kept on assuring me that there were no hidden charges anywhere and that I could contact her if any came up. She said that she would be in the move all the way and that if anything came up or I was unhappy with anything that she would be my contact. She gave me the hours she would be there and told me to call anytime I felt I needed to.I did call once and ironically got her daughter who was also reassuring of any doubts that I had.Upon arrival my windshield was broken and when I called her she again assured me that the company was a real good one and they would take care of it. She is a definite asset to your company. I would have probably used rail if it wasn't for her.
