Got excellent service from Lorri. From the first time I called her she was friendly and knowledgaeble. She covered every concern I had and I could contact her at any time. I had called her late in the evening and she even set aside time to make take care of me. My car was picked up within two days of calling her and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Since my car was in another state she kept me informed when the driver was picking up my car. Who the driver was and the driver got hold of me. The driver was nice at letting me know where he was at and when he was arriving. Thanks for the great service.
