Needed to ship my daughter's car from NY to CO. First time doing this so I googled auto transport services. MIG Express was one of several results. I checked their website along with several others, comparing prices and looking for reviews.
Didn't find any negative comments about MIG Express and their price quote was comparable to other companies.
I sent my contact info to MIG and Max responded the same day. Once I was able to determine a pick up date, I got back in touch. This was right around June 22 or 23rd. He informed me that the price would be cheaper and it would be easier to ship from Syracuse instead of having the carrier pick up out in the boondocks where I live. I gave him the okay to look for a carrier and within three days he had a carrier lined up along with a pick up on June 28th. met the carrier in Syracuse as arranged and handed over the car. Driver was courteous and told me his plan was to have the car in Colorado on July 2nd.
Max called to make sure the pick up went well. He called again on July 1st to let me know the driver was on schedule for delivery and let me know he had also spoke with my daughter who had arranged to meet the carrier in CO.
Received a message from my daughter on Thursday July 1st saying her car was delivered. Max also followed up the same day. He said if I discovered any problems or had anymore questions, please let him know. Everything went smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to use MIG Express in the future. Highly recommend.
