The driver was good in communicating where he is and I got my car just one day later than my request date. I understand the 2 +/- days difference in delivery, so overall I would use them again. Joanne responded to my questions promptly and was clear and patient in handling my car transport. I chose MJ Parker because I felt I was talking to a real person instead of one of the many generic emails sent out by auto quote companies.

Alexis, Thank you for the review. The driver delivered within the 2 day +/- allowed. Unfortunately there are so many situations that the driver has no control over. If the customers ahead of you are running behind schedule, that puts the driver behind schedule. I hope you enjoy your new home. Best Wishes ~ Joanne
