The was my first time using an auto transport company and as you can imagine I had concerns. After reading reviews on this site I decided to ask Parker trucking for a quote. Joanne responded quickly and also addressed some concerns I had. There were some potential scheduling issues with the seller after he provided what were supposed to be available dates. Joanne had the carrier contact him and they ended up actually picking up the car a day early. It was delivered to my door a day earlier than originally quoted and just minutes before the time they specified the driver would be there. I couldn't be more pleased. I'll use Joanne @ Parker for all my auto transport needs in the future.
